Pricing
What affects the price you offer for my materials?
Your offer depends on the material type, its condition (new, surplus, used, or scrap), the quantity, and for scrap metal, how well it is separated by type. We look at these factors on every submission - see our pricing-factors page for details by category.
Categories
Do you buy wire, equipment, AND scrap, or just one category?
All three. We purchase electrical wire and cable, electrical equipment (breakers, disconnects, switches, transformers, switchgear, panels, and motor controls), and scrap materials. If you have a mix, tell us and we will sort it out.
I have a mix of new, used, and scrap items - can you handle that in one submission?
Yes - describe everything you have in one submission (or use the quick wizard on the Sell Your Materials page) and we will sort it into the right categories.
Process
Will someone actually respond after I submit a quote request?
Yes - we review every submission that comes in by phone, email, or the quote form and get back to you. If you want to talk it through directly, call 601-748-5431.
What happens after I submit my materials for a quote?
We review your submission, get back to you with an offer based on material type, condition, and quantity, and if you accept, we arrange pickup and handle payment.
What should I include when I submit my materials?
Describe the material type, its condition, and roughly how much you have. Photos help us give a faster, more accurate read, but they are optional.
Pickup & Logistics
Do I have to arrange my own transport to sell to you?
No - we handle pickup for your materials, locally and nationwide. You do not need to haul anything yourself.
Do you buy large industrial lots, like from a demolition or facility shutdown?
Yes - we buy larger lots of equipment and scrap from demolition, decommissioning, and facility-upgrade projects, and we handle pickup logistics for heavier loads.
